Ben Norum is passionate about good food, sourced locally wherever possible. He considers himself a blood hound for seeking out new and exciting ingredients, from sometimes unexpected places, and has written for several food & drink publications about his favourite finds as well as his hobbies which include smoking food and making his own black pudding. Ben also now works reviewing restaurants in London - a task he approaches with the same principles, finding places using top quality ingredients in inventive ways.
