About Us

After studying a degree on anything and everything about food, Kim McGowan launched into a product development career in the mass food industry but her real passion lay in local, natural, seasonal and organic. Being diagnosed coeliac made eating naturally more of a challenge but Kim is always determined to show it can be done. She now acts as a product development consultant and 'free from' advisor alongside working with local food organisations and farmers markets.
