Having been an organic vegetable box coordinator for some years and discovering it difficult to find information about places to stay that served organic produce in the meals offered to guests, Linda began compiling a website directory in 1999. The website www.organicholidays.co.uk now lists over 1200 places worldwide. Around 600 of these are in the UK and Ireland and 'Organic Places to Stay, UK & Ireland' is also available in hard copy (now in its 3rd edition)
