Lucy splits her time between the New Forest, where she loves cooking local game and her own-grown vegetables in her slow-cooker, and Shepherds Bush, shopping locally for Middle Eastern-inspired produce.

She is inspired by her travels; a recent trip to India saw her come back armed with spices to help her conjure up her favourite curries – the hotter the better. Her favourite meal has to be a Saturday lunch of home-made pate, local cheese and a farmhouse loaf from her local farm shop.
