Nick Forde and Nick Jones of Back to the Farmer are both committed, self-proclaimed foodies and gourmands. Nick Forde was raised in the New Forest, acquiring a taste for venison, pheasant and Strong's Ales. Having spent time in London, Athens, New York and Los Angeles, eating his way through the cities, he now reckons he is a true global eater.

Nick Jones developed his passion for food and wine when in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Now living in south west Londo, he happily dedicates most of his time to furthering his culinary knowledge, cooking, eating and - some would say - his hedonistic lifestyle.
