Our Campaigns
Cherry Aid

Cherries – with their cheery colour, glossy shine and fruity juiciness – are as much a part of our British treasury of fruit and vegetables as the apple.
But English Cherries are in a jam – in 50 years we’ve lost 90% of our Cherry orchards and now import around 95% of the Cherries we eat. CherryAid is the campaign that unites everyone to save the British Cherry.

Shop with a Lighter Footprint
Unless you’ve had your head buried deep in the sand, you must've clocked that climate change is a reality. We have to change our ways. Get The Kids Involved
It’s important to Get the Kids Involved with what they eat, where it comes from, what's in it and how to cook it. Kids, and let’s face it a lot of grown-up Food Lovers as well, need to make the connections between field and fork, pan and plate.
How's this best achieved?
In October The FoodLovers Team and I met with School Meals Champion, Jeanette Orrey to discuss what we can do here at FoodLoversBritain.com. We'll keep you posted on the results. Meanwhile if you’ve any topics thoughts or ideas you want us to tackle, why not email us.
