Helen Lindsey-Clark is simply mad about cherries. She is known to many as the Cherry Pie Queen as she has baked thousands of cherry pies. She is a professional food stylist and writes many articles on food and has even written a book just on cherries. Helen is a domestic judge for her local horticultural society and enjoys encouraging others in the kitchen. She is very much looking forward to judging our Cherry Bake competition and picking up some new cherry ideas too.

Sarah Randell is the Food Director of the best magazine in the world, Sainsbury’s Magazine. She's passionate about British fruit, particularly with regard to protecting heritage varieties so am happy to support the Blighty cherry and all its deliciousness

Lucas Hollweg has a regular recipe column in The Sunday Times Style magazine. "Nobody in their right mind would turn down the chance to spend an afternoon eating British cherries. Last July, in Herefordshire, I stopped at a farm gate and bought some of the sweetest, plumpest cherries I've ever had. It was a simple and delicious pleasure, and one that's increasingly rare. I don't want to be the last generation to have that experience."

Oliver Rowe is a Londoner with strong family roots in the King's Cross area. He has worked as a chef in Italy, France and Greece and spent nearly four years at the award-winning Moro in nearby Clerkenwell, before launching himself onto the food scene in 2006 with the audacious Konstam at the Prince Albert - a restaurant that would only source food produced within the M25.

Having started his career at The Dorchester, Anthony Marshall has progressed through the ranks to reach the heady heights of Executive Chef at London Hilton Hyde Park, where he has been for the last 12 years.
He cooked for Prince Philip's 50th birthday and was part of a hand-picked team cooking for a Heritage Weekend attended by Prince Charles. Look out for his chocolate ranges in Waitrose and John Lewis.
