The Spencerfield Spirit Company has a passion for whisky and we would love to share that passion with you. From our farmhouse on the banks of the Firth of Forth, we strive to bring you whisky which is individual, unusual but above all of the finest quality. We're now showcasing our Sheep Dip 'Old Hebridean' vintage 1990 - made with Ardbeg 25 year old and two Highland malts. These fine whiskies were married in first fill oak casks for over a decade and the result is a malt whisky of exceptional quality and rarity now available for the first time.
