BRIGHTON FOODIES FESTIVAL

Following the success of Foodies at the Festival in Edinburgh, Foodies joins festival-goers in Brighton with a Chefs Theatre featuring cooking demonstrations from top local chefs in Jubilee Square and local restaurants, food and drink suppliers and FoodLovers Approved local producers exhibiting in New Road and Jubilee Street.

Chefs who will be demonstrating include
Heather Mills, Aldo Zilli, Mike Dodd of Oki Nami; Michael Bremner of Due South and Sam Metcalfe of Seven Dials.

Other Foodies at the Festival during 2009 include Hampton Court, Edinburgh and Glasgow
