Foodies at the Festival in the grounds of Hampton Court Palace will be a high profile event showcasing some of the UK’s finest chefs. Features include a chefs theatre, champagne tents and restaurant tents, where visitors can taste food from some of Britain’s premium dining establishments; food and drink masterclasses and a large producers market including FoodLoversApproved producers.
Chefs who have confirmed to cooking demonstrations so far include Tom and Rob Aiken; Cyrus Todiwala(MBE) of Café Spice; Galton Blackiston of Morston Marshes ; Jun Tanaka of Pearl; Adam Byatt of Trinity; Cass Titcombe of Canteen and Benjamin Tish of The Saltyard.
Other Foodies at the Festival during 2009 are Brighton, Glasgow and Edinburgh
