What is Fruit Leather ?

Pureed fruit - dried.
We take whole fruit, no juices additives or sugar, puree it then dry it using warm air. The result, the purest fruit snack on the market. High in fibre, high in taste.
We pride ourselves on producing variety specific fruit leather with 9 apple varieties in our Kentish Selection and this is set to expand to 18 varieties by the end of the year. Imagine being apple to taste the tart bite of a bramley or the distinctive flavour of a Russet or even the honey notes of a galal apple whilst driving in a car on a rainy January day.
