We are importers of traditional handcrafted mediterranean cookware, and terracotta tableware from Italy, Spain and France. We have ten years experience of purchasing from the manufacturer for sale direct to the customer. We consider that our chosen manufacturers are the best for quality and range of products in their respective countries.
WHY SHOULD ONE COOK WITH TERRACOTTA?
Terracotta means baked earth, it is a natural product made from three important elements of nature :- Earth, Water, and Fire. Each piece is individually crafted on a potter's wheel in a natural and traditional design. It is enamelled by hand and oven baked. Due to the unique firing process during forming our cookware products all withstand direct exposure to heat:- Gas and Electric Hobs, Ovens, Grills, Aga and Range Cookers, Microwaves, BBQs, Dishwashers and Freezers. Terracotta's cooking qualities are recognised by many chefs as the perfect cooking utensil. It will retain its heat longer than metal and the glazed interior facilitates the cooking process by maintaining the heat within the dish and consolidating the flavours of the food. These easy to clean dishes are colourful and are attractive enough to be brought direct from oven to table.
TABLEWARE
Our colourful and decorative range of tableware includes our marble and olive range. All pieces are oven, microwave and dishwasher compatible. In particular the marble range of blue, yellow. white and green dishes of various designs and shapes are particularly attractive. The olive range includes fromage plates, olive dishes and oil drizzlers.
