* We buy top grade fish from all around our coast supplied by day boat fishermen in the main. So we have the choice of several ports to get the best fish - white-fish, oil rich fish, flat-fish, fresh water fish, smoked fish, shellfish, specialties and gifts. We are not reliant on any one fishery
