Roger and Penny Webber run their farm on the Holnicote Estate in Exmoor to Soil Association organic standards. They rear Aberdeen Angus beef, lamb and Gloucester Old Spot pigs; after slaughter at a local certifed abattoir, all meat is hung and butchered on-farm. Beef is hung for 4 weeks and there is a wide variety of cuts to choose from that you can order in various mail order 'boxes' as well as own-made bacon and sausages.
