Sloe Gin and Christmas go together like cheese and biscuits; it is the warming, welcoming, traditional winter drink. Sloe Motion use sloes gathered from the hedgerows on their Yorkshire based farm. Frozen immediately until required, they are then steeped in gin for a good few months to achieve that smooth-textured fruit flavour that recalls taste notes of plum, wild cherry and sometimes even almonds. They also make sloe-centred chocolates and a sloe chutney.
