Our new SWEET FREEDOM Natural Sweetener is made 100% from fruit, just apples, grapes and carob and absolutely nothing else! 

It's a delicious syrup that comes in two varieties - the Natural Sweetener (Mild) is neutral and tastes and sweetens just like sugar, whereas the Natural Syrup (Rich) is darker and has a richer, more distinctive taste. 

Both have 25% fewer calories than sugar and you can use 25% less.  They also have a lower GI and GL and are therefore a good choice for diabetics as part of a healthy diet, plus they are GM free, gluten free and unlike most sweeteners and syrups are water extracted using no chemicals or enzymes.

Use the Sweetener as a sugar substitute to sweeten your hot and cold drinks; tea, coffee and cocoa, milk shakes and iced coffees, drizzle over your porridge, cereal, pancakes, waffles and ice cream, spread on toast instead of honey (fewer calories and lower GI / GL) and it's perfect for 'no added sugar' baking and cooking; you can make healthier and less fattening 'no added sugar' cakes, muffins, brownies, flapjacks, cheesecake, ice cream, kids lollies, jams, sauces, dressings, granola, relishes ... the list is limited only by your imagination!  All effectively sweetened with fruit.  It's perfect for sweetening tart fruits and yoghurt too.

The Syrup is richer and has been compared to a mild honey, maple syrup in taste.  You can use it for all the above although you may find it a bit 'too rich' for tea.

It comes in a squeezable, top down bottle with drip free cap so no mess ... heaven.
