Cookery Course
You may already have a copy of Dough Simple Contemporary Bread by Richard Bertinet. Published in 2005, it is such a seductive book with clear and easy-to-follow instructions that it inspires even the most incompetent Food Lover to bake.
You could go one better by booking into the award winning The Bertinet Kitchen in the centre of Bath and join Richard for one of his Bread Making classes. Throughout the year, he also offers a range of hands-on cookery classes for food lovers of all abilities, focusing on themes such as Seasonal Entertaining, Italian, Indian and Classic French Bistro. Some of these are taught by Richard, others by guest chefs that include Atul Kochhar, Michael Caines, Mark Hix and Peter Gordon. All day classes include lunch with wine.
Richard also offers corporate and group events as well as various courses for children of all ages.
