As a farmer's daughter who used to make Cheshire Cheese, I have been running The Cheese Shop for over 20 years. After owning my own restaurant I realised how hard it was to source good quality cheese, so I decided to sell it myself! There's a huge choice and my team and I are on hand to offer advice in selecting your cheese.
