Wholesale Cheese - we currently supply a wide range of fine dining restaurants with their wholesale cheese including the two-Michelin starred Champignon Sauvage & Winteringham Fields. We can compose cheeseboards and assist you in finding the right cheese to complement your menus. We will also supply tasting notes for your chosen cheeses and provide staff training on request. We are very flexible and are always sourcing new products to be able to offer restaurateurs the best quality and variety of wholesale cheeses available.

Cheese & Wine Tasting - our cheese and wine events are hugely successful with foodies around the UK. At a venue of your choice you'll enjoy a talk on the history of cheese and cheesemaking, learn about putting together the perfect cheeseboard and cheese & wine matching, followed by a tutored tasting of cheese with matching wines. Prices start from £20 per head for a minimum of 25 people. Whatever the nature of your group we can tailor our event to your tastes.
D.I.Y cheese and wine tasting - if you'd rather throw your own party, try a gourmet evening with a difference. With our DIY package we'll put together a selection of fine cheeses and wines tailored to suit the occasion, together with tasting notes, and courier them to you for your special evening.
Cheese Wedding Cakes - Whether in place of the traditional wedding cake, as a course for the wedding breakfast, or as part of your buffet, our cheese wedding cakes never fail to impress! The cakes are individually tailored to your tastes, with as many or as few tiers as you require. Once delivered, they can be decorated to suit the style of your wedding. Grapes, figs, flowers or simple sashes seem to work best. Prices vary depending on the cheeses you choose and we are happy to work with any budget.
